Compensation: Based on experience and position
Special qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.
Experience: Previous experience with banquet halls and private events is a plus, line cooks should be aware of how to control food cost, demonstration speed and quality when cooking on the line.
Education: The ideal candidates will be talented line chefs with years of industry and culinary management experience. However - degree not required to apply, real world experience can count instead. Dishwasher candidates would be ideal with previous similar experience if able but not required.
