The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring inventory levels, ordering, scheduling and covering shifts as needed. This role demands strong leadership skills, as the general manager will be tasked with achieving budget targets, developing marketing strategies, and fostering positive relationships with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for baking along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of excellence. Must be a self starter.
