SERVER
Key Duties:
Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests.
Work with a touch-screen POS system.
Provide excellent customer service.
Keep track of multiple tables and orders at once.
Be a team player in a high-pressure setting.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests effectively.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
Minimum Qualifications:
Server experience.
Knowledge of food, wine, and liquor.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work weekends and most holidays.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
HOST / BUSSER
Key Duties:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Create a positive environment for guests.
Assist with cleaning and setting up tables.
Help with seating guests and managing reservations.
Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional appearance and a positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be reliable and able to work weekends/holidays.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
BAR BACK / FOOD RUNNER
Key Duties:
Support bartenders and servers by stocking supplies.
Assist with food running and clearing tables.
Help host and bus tables while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Must be available to work weekends and most holidays.
COMPENSATION: 16.50 per hour plus tips
