Front of House Assistant Manager
Part Time Position with Full Time Availability come the fall
PAY DOE, We are willing to train the right person for the job.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage the floor, including but not limited to guest complaints and resolution, help making cocktails behind the bar, seating tables, doing table checks, running the expo line during the peak of business, watching labor and following all opening and closing procedures and checklists. Ordering and inventory experience as well as banquet and event knowledge all a plus.
BOH Kitchen Manager
Full Time Position, Pay DOE
The ideal person needs to have knowledge of recipe adherence, ordering & inventory, be able to over see the line, uphold them to cleanliness standards, ability to cook on the line in any position ( pantry, fry, Sautee, grill) help run the expo line, oversee set up and breakdown of the line, have an understanding of labor and schedule adherence, ability to follow all opening & closing procedures and checklists.
