Looking for a positive floor manager/shift leader, experience in restaurants is a must. Will work the floor, organize the daily crew. Solve any customer issues, supervise opening and closing duties to make sure everything is done correctly.
There is room to grow into full management position, based on performance and if there is a desire on your end to do so.
Hourly wage, Tips, end of year bonus, 2 week paid vacation.
Bonuses and total compensation, TBD based on skill level, performance.
