Opening in August 2025, Precita Social is the second concept from Greg Lutes, the acclaimed San Francisco chef behind the beloved Michelin recommended restaurant, 3rd Cousin.

Lead the kitchen and understand all stations
- Attention to detail
- Be a key player in maintaining quality, consistency and excellence in food storage and preparation.
- This is a working chef positon.
- Ensure all food items for all stations are ready before service starts.
- Maintain clean, organized and clean food storage areas.
- Assist owner in ordering, inventory and daily prep.
- Work on new seasonal menus ala carte and tasting menus.
- Work the line and prepare food to order at a high quality level and timely manner nightly.
- Take an active role in learning all aspects of BOH operation.

- When you have time and your prep is ready assist chef or other employees.
- Assist in making a family meal.
- Take a leadership role in overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Assist other employees and advise them when improvement is needed.
- Perform all BOH crew duties as needed including prep and supportive work, butchery.
Minimum Requirements:
● 3+ years as a Sous Chef and/or relevant education and/or experience
● Progressive experience in fine dining food production
● Strong knowledge of back of the house systems, ordering, and inventory
● Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations
● Strong knowledge of current and future food trends
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to meet deadlines
