YOU WILL:
-Work collaboratively with Chef to develop a food program that compliments and enhances Del Cielo beers and other offerings
-Create, prepare and assemble all food items in the kitchen
-Work cooperatively with Del Cielo beertender staff in food ordering, delivery and customer satisfaction
-Demonstrate knowledge and training of safe food handling, meal preparation, and sanitation
-Consistently maintain high cleanliness of work and storage areas
-Support the entire team in keeping the brewery running seamlessly – as a small start-up brewery, the cook will wear many hats and not just spend time in the kitchen
-Stay knowledgeable on Del Cielo beers and craft industry trends by continuously participating on trainings and educational opportunities
-This is hourly position based on the business hours.

KITCHEN HOURS:
Tuesday – Thursday / 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday / 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday / 10 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday / 10 AM – 7:00 PM
COMPENSATION:
$21-$22 Plus Tips
