Hog Island Oyster Co. is looking for a full-time COMMISSARY PREP COOK to join our new Commissary facility in Petaluma Ca. This position works to ensure Hog Island shellfish, signature menu items, and ingredients are produced and prepped safely, to a consistent standard for restaurant use and delivery across the U.S. This is a unique position that not only supports our restaurant culinary teams, but also works closely with our Wholesale and Direct to Consumer departments.
