Looking for a Take Charge person to direct and run a Taqueria kitchen with 4,employees. Must be a working Supervisor and be verse in Scheduling, Inventory,Organization and leading others. Special attention to Sales and Labor Cost. Need someone who has knowledge of the kitchen and front of house. Preference given to applicant with Inventory and spreadsheet knowledge.
