We are seeking a chef de cuisine to take on administration and management of our kitchen. Must have experience running busy fast paced kitchens in the Bay Area. Strong focus will be on function, organization, and culture of the kitchen with smaller opportunities for creativity. Working weekends and open availability are required and a strong desire to grow and work hard are important to the success of the restaurant.
