Hello! Pizzaiolo is hiring a new CDC! We are looking for an experienced chef who understands and loves local food, local produce and how to run a kitchen! Please have at least 10 years experience in the kitchen, managing people and cooking delicious food. Please be well acquainted with Chez Panisse, Zuni Cafe, Quince, Flower and Water, and all the small organic farms around the Bay Area.
