We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Jr. Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Cellarmaker Brewing Co. If you love working with quality ingredients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
– Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations
– Help lead the kitchen team during service
– Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
– Assist with prep, line cooking, inventory, and training staff
– Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of kitchen experience
– A strong work ethic and positive attitude
– Ability to stay organized under pressure
– Leadership potential and a desire to grow
– Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
