Timber & Salt is a successful upscale restaurant and bar in Redwood City featuring premium steaks, California cuisine, craft cocktails, beer and wine. We have evening shifts available for motivated Bartenders who want to make their mark on the Bay Area dining and cocktail scene. Craft Bartender Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and attentive service and guiding guests to appropriate food and beverage selections. Mix and pour cocktails with speed and consistency in a high-volume environment. Work with the bar team to develop cocktails and expand our section of beer and wine. Assist in bar set-up and ingredient production (syrups, bitters, infusions) and maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Classic cocktail and detailed spirits knowledge is required
- Our ideal candidate has both serving and bartending experience
- At least 2 years bar experience
- Love of food and drink
- P.O.S. experience
- Ability to work with a team
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
