Job Summary The Busser/ Food Runner/ Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position wears many hats and is the link between our Front of House and Back of House teams. Whether ensuring cleanliness of the dining room, quality control, or timely delivery of orders, the Busser/ Food Runner/ Expo assists servers in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and responding to guest requests.
Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Prerequisites for Employment:
Valid California ServSafe Food Handler Certification
Valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification
