Bull Valley Roadhouse seeking a Sous Chef and Line Cooks

The Bull Valley Roadhouse in Port Costa is Looking for new BOH staff. We have a constantly changing menu using locally sourced ingredients and work closely with farms assuring the highest quality of products. The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so a set schedule is guaranteed.

Sous Chef - Your role is to be the right hand of our Executive Chef. This is a working line position, handling the Sautee station while also running the inside expo. The job requires the ability to move fast and multi task while maintaining order and quality control over the plates that go out. Line management is key in this position, and creativity is welcomed. The Sous Chef will handle Sunday brunch, all day, and be responsible for the brunch menu. Sous Chef will handle nightly produce orders, fill out prep lists, and handle closing duties.

Management experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train. Pay is based on experience $55-70k plus PTO

Line Cook - Full time or part time positions on the hot line and pantry. Hours on Wed-Fri are 3pm to close and Sat-Sun 2pm to close. Pay is $20-22 plus tips (adds like $5 per hour on average)

Dishwasher - Currently we are looking for a one night a week dishwasher on Sunday working 2pm to close (8 hr shift) at $18 plus tips. Standard dish job with closing duties.
