Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic BOH/FOH Hybrid Lead with a can-do attitude, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service and quality food. This role requires someone who can juggle both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for both our team and our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support both BOH and FOH teams to ensure excellent service and product quality throughout the day.

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where teamwork is prioritized.

Maintain an eye for detail, ensuring all dishes are served to the highest standards and that guest experiences are exceptional.

Oversee staff training and development, helping team members grow in their roles.

Handle guest feedback, resolving issues with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency.

Keep operations organized, ensuring everything from prep work to guest interaction is executed smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, in both kitchen and dining areas.

Assist with inventory and ordering when necessary.

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in both BOH and FOH roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A firm but fun approach to managing both staff and operations.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Experience with Cal-Mex cuisine a plus, but not required.

Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
