Front-of-House / Bartender — Park Tavern & Marlowe
Friday–Sunday set schedule, with opportunities for additional shifts as available
This dual role supports both Park Tavern on Washington Square and Marlowe, representing each restaurant with top-tier hospitality, professionalism, and sanitation standards. You’ll help create an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, expert knowledge, and a warm, welcoming presence.
What You’ll Do
-Deliver a welcoming, high-quality guest experience for both locals and visitors.
-Master each restaurant’s service standards, menus, and beverage programs.
-Provide seamless service — greeting, seating, taking orders, preparing drinks, and delivering food and beverages with care.
-Anticipate guest needs, accommodate dietary restrictions, and resolve concerns promptly.
-Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
-Support team flow by assisting at the door, bar, or dining room as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
