Piccino began as a small café serving pizza and coffee in Dogpatch in 2006. Since then, Piccino has grown with the Dogpatch neighborhood, evolving into a full scale restaurant and an annexed Coffee Bar. Our mission, however, has stayed the same since the beginning: to serve the best ingredients in a warm and friendly environment that caters to all.
Our business was founded and built by women. We foster an inclusive workplace and respect work-life balance. The Coffee Bar is a unique environment that requires the ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize efficiently, collaborate successfully, and be present with all who walk through our doors. We serve Bassline Coffee, make our pastries in house, and appreciate all of our customers.
Requirements
- Must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week,
- 2 years barista experience preferred, 1+ years of customer service required
- Friendly disposition, positive approach, ability to adapt readily required
- Interest in coffee culture and hospitality
Compensation & Benefits
- Houry Based on Experience $18-$22
+ tips) average $35 per hour

- Those who average 20+ hours per week are eligible for our employer covered Kaiser plan, and can add employee covered dental and vision coverage
