We are a growing bakery that recently opened in the Mission District of San Francisco. We take pride in
creating delicious baked goods and fostering a warm, welcoming environment for our customers. We are
looking for exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our close-knit team as Baker.
The position begins with a part-time training period (approximately one month), with the opportunity for a
full-time transition based on performance.
Major Duties:
Bake pastries in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness and availability.
Maintain consistency, quality, and excellent presentation of all baked goods.
Follow traditional pastry-making techniques while adapting to our unique process.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep up with demand.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to food safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum one year of baking experience (pastry or layered dessert experience preferred); equivalent
culinary school training may be considered.
Valid Food Handler Certificate.
Basic English proficiency.
Ability to lift trays and stand for extended periods.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of bakers.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality products.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Job Schedule:
Monday to Saturday: 8:00am-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm
The schedule will be determined at the time of employment and may be subject to change.
The first month will be part-time training period (20-30 hours per week). Upon transition to full-time, the
position will be up to 40 hours per week.
