Our family is looking to hire someone ("personal assistant" sounds snobby but that's the best we could come up with!) to help us with childcare (baby coming over the summer) as well as help with other aspects of life cooking, cleaning, errands, etc.
What we're looking for:
- Ideally a background in childcare (prior work experience as a full-time caregiver, any education around childcare)
- Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus (we want our kids to be around a lot of spanish)
- Generally a good communicator and easy going
- Drivers license + has a car
Examples of things you might do:
- Watch the baby while we're out
- Meal prep for the week ahead (simple recipes, not looking for a master chef)
- Do laundry
- Clean the house (like vacuuming, dusting, dishes, etc)
- Pick up groceries
- Go grab something from a store
- Helping prep and clean up after a dinner or birthday party
Salary: $100k (40 hours per week)
