Job description: Facilities Manager at Daybreak Auto Recovery.

About our company:

We are a small, family owned repossession company and have been in business 21 years. We are a small group of people that unite together to create a positive working environment that encourages individuality and growth. We are looking for a hard working person looking to be part of our work family long-term. This position requires flexibility and multi-tasking skills and has the potential for advancement.

Please note that Daybreak follows all safety/cautionary procedures in regards to COVID-19.

Work hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

What you need:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Be 25 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance

A background check will be required.

Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Ability to work in a small office setting.

Proficiency in using mobile technology. Computer savvy / proficient with basic Windows software.

Strong problem-solving skills and a healthy competitive drive.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lift over 40 pounds.

Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask

Assertive individual with effective investigative and follow up skills

Flexible schedule and able to regularly work on weekends (possible future opportunity)

Ability to self-manage and also work well in a team environment.

Not required, but desired: Experience driving a flatbed or other large vehicle for work purposes.

Experience in loss prevention, asset recovery, or repossession a major plus.

What you'll do:

Job will require training in completing vehicle inspection reports and uploading required forms and photos on a tablet as required by our clients in a timely manner.

Verify that all vehicles secured the night before are on the lot and windows are marked with last six of the VIN, client, key status, and drivability

Keep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport information

Handling customer personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptions

Record daily deliveries and releases to reconcile inventory

Assist and support the Repossession Agents when needed

Over see that all personal property from all vehicles, create a detailed inventory in company apps and stored properly

Monitor the property area and remove outdated property

You will be trained in applicable collateral repossession laws and regulations

We do not currently offer benefits as we are a small company, however, we offer accrued vacation time, and 5 days paid sick leave per year.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
