RDS Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent with at least 7+ years of commercial construction experience . We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage ground up projects, Experience with Self-Storage projects is a plus .
The successful candidate will possess:
Must have ground up experience.
Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Effective participation in team environment
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft based software including Project
A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Create construction schedules, perform regular updates and monitor/manage the construction progress.
Coordinate jobsite logistics
Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading.
