Preschool teaching position open at our Aquatic Park School site:
This teaching position is with a group of two year olds and two other co-teachers. This teaching position is a full time position - Mon-Fri 9-5 or 5:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
Providing an engaging, and caring learning environment for children in our preschool program; creating strong relationships based in respect and curiosity with children, their families and colleagues; development of curriculum in collaboration with colleagues and based on observations of children and their interests and needs; participation in staff meetings and
in-service trainings, and consistent, clear communication with parents, coworkers, and children.
Qualifications sought:
We are looking for applicants with 12+ ECE units and at least three years teaching experience with young children. Qualified applicants will be committed to ongoing professional growth and will have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach, emergent curriculum and anti-bias curriculum. Applicants should be aligned with a play-based, child centered philosophy of working with young children.

Compensation:
Dependent on length of experience, level of education and number of ECE units. Range is between $23-$33 per hour.
