Napa School of Music, a fast-growing and vibrant music education community, is expanding its team! We are currently hiring additional passionate and skilled instructors to join us in inspiring the next generation of musicians. We are seeking instructors for the following positions:
1.Piano/Voice Instructor
2. Violin Instructor
3. Drum Instructor
Location:Napa, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels in your area of expertise (Piano/Voice, Violin, or Drums).
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals and abilities.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, or other performances as needed.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to track progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in school events, recitals, and faculty meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching in your area of expertise (Piano/Voice, Violin, or Drums) to students of all ages and levels.
- Strong proficiency in performance and music theory related to your instrument(s).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Formal music education or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early evenings.
