OLV School is accepting applications for a 2nd Grade Teacher to start in August of 2024. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and mission-driven teacher.

School Description: Our Lady of the Visitacion School (OLV) is a Catholic, coeducational school of the Archdiocese of San Francisco co-sponsored by the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. For over 60 years, OLV has educated students in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. Today, the school serves around 220-230 students with one class per grade in Kindergarten through 8th grade. At OLV School we follow a Vincentian charism of humble service to others. We provide our diverse student population with a comprehensive academic curriculum fostered within a faith community.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have an undergraduate degree. Valid California credential, or equivalent from out of state, is highly desired.
Two (2) or more years of teaching experience with strong technology skills, excellent classroom management, and an understanding of the urban school environment are all preferred characteristics.
