Location: Half Moon Bay
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Family appreciates a Candidate who has flexibility to work additional hours on the weekends
Children: 5 month old
Duties: Childcare, child's laundry, cooking organic meals for child, driving child eventually, attending classes with child, planning activities for different stages of development for child, purchasing items for child, light tidying and light meal preparation while child is napping, running errands on rare occasions, traveling with family two to three times per year in the future
Requirements: Ideal Candidate is calm, patient, kind, caring, an excellent communicator, and has a minimum of five years of experience caring for infants and young children. A Candidate who can engage child in stimulating and enriching activities, as well as help with tracking developmental milestones, is ideal; background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Montessori, or Waldorf education is a plus. Candidate must be comfortable with parents working from home, as well as comfortable with a small adorable dog and a very sweet elderly cat who sleeps all day. Candidate must drive and have access to a vehicle for use on the job. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations.
Salary: $35-$40 per hour plus benefits: guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement

Requirements:
Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long term teaching experience with children in addition to recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
Ability to drive and a valid California driver license
Able to work legally in the United States
Able to make at least a one-year commitment, ideally longer
