Location: Hillsborough
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 am until 7:00 pm; must be able to stay later occasionally when parents have a business meeting; plus occasional overnights each quarter and travel about nine weeks per year
Children: 12 year old boy and 15 year old girl
Duties: Childcare, light housekeeping, driving children, errands, grocery shopping, family meal preparation, ordering household supplies online, occasional laundry for children only, interfacing with tutor and therapists, giving medication when needed, pet care
Requirements: Ideal Candidate is kind, patient and loving; special needs experience is required. Must be a team player as parents are working from home and family has a Housekeeper, Therapists and Tutors coming throughout the week. Driver required; family can provide a car for use on the job. Candidate needs to be a strong swimmer and comfortable in the pool with children; no pet allergies as they have three cats and three gentle labs. Some overnights will be required. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally with the family, most common domestic locations are Tahoe, Pebble Beach, Hawaii and Los Angeles. Candidate will be required to travel during most major holidays except Christmas.
Salary: $35-$40 per hour, DOE; plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, 15 days paid time off (includes sick and vacation) and six paid holidays

Requirements:
Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long term teaching experience with children in addition to recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
Ability to drive and a valid California driver license
Able to work legally in the United States
Able to make at least a one-year commitment, ideally longer
