Marin Catholic currently has an opening for a full-time Admissions Assistant for the 2025-26 school year.
Position will begin August 2025.

The Admissions Assistant is essential to the success of communicating the Marin Catholic Mission and Vision to prospective students and families and the public at large. In collaboration with the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Assistant is responsible for the coordination of the Admissions program and events throughout the year, as well as the successful onboarding of new students to life at Marin Catholic. We are looking for a self-directed professional who is excited about communicating and modeling the passion we have for dynamic Catholic education.
Key Responsibilities
-Daily management of the Admissions office
-Maintenance of the Admissions page of the Marin Catholic website
-Management of mass mailings
-Management of the prospective student database and records with complete confidentiality
-Coordination and direction of parents/students in the school admissions and registration processes
-Requesting records from middle schools
-Leading campus tours for parents and students, when needed
-Coordination of the Admissions Committee
-Coordination and oversight of the Student Visit Day program
-Development and ordering of branded marketing materials
-Training and oversight of Admissions Ambassadors
- Annual Events Production and Attendance
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in , preferred
-Prior experience in a high school setting, preferred
-Practicing Catholic in good standing, preferred.
-Desire and ability to witness to his or her personal faith journey and actively model the mission and Catholic identity of the school
-Student-focused
-Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with a variety of individuals and groups including student, parents, faculty and staff, and other schools' personnel
-Maintains best practices in communicating with peers, students and parents
-Computer efficiency - Googel Apps, Drive, Docs, OfficeSuite for Mac
-Fluency in Spanish, a plus
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 commensurate with education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health and dental insurance, medical and dependent care flex plan, Archdiocesan pension and a 403b.
