Job Requirements
Schedule projects and field staff technicians
Review and sign proposals and subcontracts
Request Certificates of Insurance
Prepare daily paperwork for technicians
Answer office phone
Customer Invoicing
Skills:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Great speaking ability with an outgoing personality
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service - a must
Spanish speaker (preferably)
