We are seeking the following:

Personal Assistant for myself $20-25 per hour starting plus all expenses

Personal Assistant: I need a right hand person to help me with errands, and tasks, must be clean & organized) Need help with the following: running errands - folding clothes - organizing - putting photo albums together - decorating large upscale homes. This position would be Great for A witty College Student that has free days throughout the week.

Note, I have hired in the past, copywriters, office reception,

office managers, project managers, etc. but this is the first time I

have created the personal assistant position, so I am playing it by ear.

Looking for someone highly organized with good memorization skills, (for instance once an item is filed, its important that you are able to recall where it is when its needed; if for instance you are unable to respond effectively on a constant basis, you will not last) We also are in the process of e-filing all our forms (moving from paper to an e-paper system; print on demand)

so seeking someone that is effective using a scanner and can adequately organize our documents for quick forward recall.

- Must be organized

- Must know word, excel, and other office systems (basic filing; labeling and data entry)

- Must pay attention to details

Project Manager want to start a business or know how to? (does not require car) (but must be educated, smart & witty)

Someone to lead our online projects must be able to understand future vision, and implement tasks assigned to them to complete those tasks. You will be in charge of projects and be given lists of tasks to complete for the overall goal of that project. (must be net savy, and be very smart for this position)

Must have knowledge of of how websites and phone apps are programmed. and have experience in this area or the ability to learn and understand such.

It will be important to grasp the projects at hand and utilize existing resources as well as hire competent outsourcing in order to accomplish stated directives and goals.

Its IMPORTANT to understand again that we are in start up mode; we are a small business, working on taking our ventures to the next level. If you are someone that wants to get in early; opportunity awaits

Must be able to follow directions to a T., It will be important to remember that we all have our own great ideas and concepts, but when working on a particular task it will be important to suggest alternate ideas yet to stay on task as it has been directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To learn and understand the task at hand and to locate, review, vet the appropriate outsourcing company to Vet (make a careful and critical examination of) and to produce those results in an easy to understand comprehensive fashion for review of each step.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

-White board concepts and ideas for tasks at hand (offer options for review)

-To understand completely the task at hand

-Locate and Review outsource personnel to get the job done as required

-Online Research relevant technologies, patents, competitors
