The Motor Cafe is taking applications for a parts associate / service writer. We are seeking a qualified, detail oriented, and reliable individual with a passion for motorcycles to join our team. If you want to get a foot into the motorcycle industry, this is your chance to work with Ducati, KTM, Husqvarna, Beta & Stark!
Qualifications:
-Be self-motivated, goal-oriented with an enthusiastic presence in a team environment
-Friendly, outgoing personality
-Must be a motorcycle enthusiast
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Help customers locate parts through a parts fiche using our dealer network
-Recommend motorcycle parts and accessories products, share product history and specifications
-Completing purchases through Point of Sale System & keeping your register accurate
-Arrange parts on store shelves
-Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, neat, clean and appealing to customers
-Conduct periodic physical inventory checks as wells as cycle counts of all merchandise (counts, reports, etc.)
-Interface with our various departments regarding updates on product estimated time of delivery, backorders and shipment delays
-Handle customer complaints quickly and reasonably
