Position: Customer Service Representative/Sales
REQUIREMENT: Current Property & Casualty Insurance license in the State of California

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of proven insurance or customer service experience
Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Familiarity with various insurance plans (e.g., automobile, home insurance)
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis skills
Proven ability to work towards goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships
Responsibilities:
Helping existing customers with policy changes
Quoting existing customers for their renewals
Sales -Bringing in new customers (+commission paid)
Ensure compliance with all policy requirements

Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (No weekends)
