Capitola Self Storage is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. If you have experience in retail and enjoy talking to people & working in a dynamic environment, this job is for you!
This is a Full-Time non-exempt position with Medical Benefits, 401K, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.
The ideal employee will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking, and attention to detail is a necessity. Your duties will range from general sales, greeting customers, taking payments, renting units and assisting in general store maintenance. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Requirements:
Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service
Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in retail or service industry required
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Reliable, professional, and hard working
Highly organized, with keen attention to detail
Experience with social media & marketing a plus
Basic computer skills, POS experience preferred
Must have multitasking skills
Cash handling and keyholding experience
Ability and willingness to learn/understand legal documents, and contracts
Position is Full Time, 40 hours a week. Compensation starts at $20/hr. plus benefits and potential bonuses. Flexible Schedule. Drug Free workplace. Background, References, and Drug Test Required.
