We are manuafcturers represenative in San Jose and we are looking for a customer service represantive. HVAC experience helpful, but not required.
Heavy order entry
Phone orders, email orders, and in person orders processed quickly and accurately.
Customer interaction in person and via telephone, regarding orders, product information, quotes, and billing.
Heavy interaction with warehouse management insuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
Some clerical work ie; filing etc when needed.
Typical work week Monday thru Friday - Some overtime and weekend work may be required.
