Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Representative to join our dynamic South San Francisco, CA team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be our customers' main point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide top-tier customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, technical support, and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Track and report on customer interactions, issues, and trends to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations

Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on English proficiency.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and across departments.

Education: A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
