Our 6 000 sq ft multi-level center in Corte Madera, CA is a hub for after school programs, “no school day” camps, holiday camps, summer camps and birthday parties. We seek a new Operations Manager who brings administrative and organizational skills. Are you a leader with an outgoing personality and positive energy, a leader who can motivate staff and attract new members? You will love leading the AndrewsCamps team.
Responsibilities
Innovate and implement programs and services.
Recruit and train staff.
Develop marketing/social media strategy.
Oversee prudent financial management.
Build rapport with customers and the community.
Qualifications
A track record in successful leadership roles.
An even-tempered problem-solving personality, comfortable handling an active environment.
Well organized, sets priorities, and pursues goals to completion.
A quick learner who adapts to changing circumstances and is always looking for ways to improve
our programs.
Prior experience in a childcare or youth services setting is a plus.
