Garden City Construction has an immediate opening for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage a Design- Build renovation and seismic retrofit of a historic fire house.

Starting Pay at $125K/yr. based upon experience
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS AND POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
· Experience with cradle-to-grave management of a design-build adaptive reuse/ value projects including engaging design-build subcontractors, collaborating with the architects and engineers, budgeting and financial management, and collaborating with team members for successful project outcomes
· Ten years of field experience as a carpenter, finish carpenter, general construction superintendent or equivalent
· Historic building experience a plus
· A keen interest in historical renovation is key to this position.
· Seismic retrofit experience a plus
