Experience in construction field is a plus, however, upon meeting the general requirements, the candidate will be trained by the company for the details.

1. QUICKBOOKS
2. Bookkeeping (no accounting involved)
3. High level English communication skills
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel for office tasks
5. Ability to multitask
6. Daily basis communication thru emails with clients and vendors
7. Order materials
8. Schedule meetings
