Established CPA tax practice in Fremont looking for an experienced seasonal tax preparer.
Job Responsibilities – Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Preparing tax returns for individuals. Conduct work by gathering, sorting, and organizing data and documents, establishing priorities, and communicating with clients.
Identify outstanding items and manage info collection process by communicating with clients via email and phone.
Learning our system, procedures, and software with minimal supervision
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Desired Qualifications:
Tax preparation experience – 3 years (Required)
CPA/EA preferred
Excellent communication skills
Can work independently
Possess good organizational skills
Experience with Lacerte preferred
Strong Computer Skills
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
