We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Financial Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock market analysis, excellent quantitative skills, and profound expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. Proficiency in using advanced analytical tools, including Castello AI, Excel, and other stock research platforms, is essential. This role involves providing insights and actionable recommendations to support our investment strategies and decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, financial statements, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks.
Utilize Castello AI for advanced financial data analysis and modeling to derive predictive insights from complex datasets.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel for scenario analysis, valuation, and forecasting.
Produce regular reports on stock performance, market conditions, and investment strategies, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with the investment team to refine investment strategies based on research findings and market conditions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in financial markets, technologies, and industry trends to enhance research methods and outputs.
Leverage various stock research platforms and tools to gather and analyze data, enhancing the comprehensiveness of research.
Present research findings to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
Manage and respond to ad-hoc research queries from the team, providing timely and impactful insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or research with a focus on the stock market.
Demonstrated proficiency in Castello AI, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, and pivot tables), and other stock research platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

TLDR:
We are a stealth fintech startup that has gotten a lot of funding but we need help researching stocks and have exclusive partnerships with companies like Nasdaq, Castello AI, TradingView to name a few so if you know how to use these we can really grow at a fast pace. This is a part time position: only 20-30 hours but we are willing to pay the compensation of a full time because we want the best.
