Accounts Payable Clerk
Active Culture Café is looking for an ambitious individual to do full cycle A/P for our five different locations. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career, and be part of a great team. Some travel with be required to visit the different locations (Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Novato, Long Beach, Bend), but other than that, position is 100% remote.
Basic responsibilities:
Accurately code and enter invoices into Bill.com
Code Credit card transactions and enter in QuickBooks
Month end reconciliation
Enter and apply credits
Work closely with each location managers to ensure proper approvals and processes
Payment processing
Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot issues regarding shipments
Requirements:
3 years of A/P experience
Basic knowledge of accounting / accounts payable / Chart of Accounts
Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must possess strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple projects at once
Self motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be comfortable working in Excel
