Join Our Dynamic Team as an Office Manager/Finance Assistant! We are an established and growing restaurant group operating two restaurants in the vibrant Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco.

About the Role

Reporting to our Finance Director, this position plays a critical role in providing support to our Finance department and Executive Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real impact on our daily operations.

Working Hours: 40 hours/week, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend days

Main Responsibilities:

Finance/HR

Verify daily sales reports and tips allocations

Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks, and help make vendor payments

Help categorize monthly credit card expenses and run financial reports

Reconcile partner platform sales vs payments received

Provide data support for semi-monthly payroll processing

Audit employees' paperwork and collect missing or expired documents

Help with agenda/content for meetings and presentation

Office

Keep office clean, stocked and organized

Answer phone and collect/sort mail

Order and pick up lunch for office staff

Maintain office equipment and computers

Facilitate resolution of technology issues.

Other tasks may include social media posting, help with graphics or video projects, in-house event coordination, and any other duties assigned by the Finance Director.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, office admin, AP/AR, Finance Assistant, or relevant role. Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software necessary. Toast or other payroll processing experience a plus. Proficiency using Word, Excel, One Drive, social media platforms required. Proficient with English as a working language; Spanish or Chinese fluency is a plus. Extraordinary attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsible and self-motivated.
