We’re looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team and oversee both financial operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for office management?

Join our team and play a critical role in keeping our business running smoothly and efficiently!

Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. They will help our team ensure budgets, timelines, and job costs are accurate and oversee all financial transactions for the company, including cash flow, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliation. If you’re an experienced bookkeeper, with a great work ethic, who is reliable and accountable with excellent communication skills, who is conversant in Quickbooks, we’d love to talk with you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and cash flow.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide project tracking and costing reports.

Update and maintain financial records and statements, contracts, and annual budgets.

Oversee financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, AP and AR.

Process payroll accurately and on time and occasionally onboard new employees.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing, such as with insurance.

Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and team members.

Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into Quickbooks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Interest in profitability and business operations in the landscaping sector.

Two years of proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field is preferred.

Expert in QuickBooks; strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Forensic ability is desirable.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Leadership ability.

Technology: Interest in integrating new programs and apps that improve business.
