We are looking for a client account specialist for our law firm. We are based in San Francisco. This would be a fully remote role for the most part (maybe come in here and there for an office meeting/training). This is a entry level role for recent graduates. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and has great customer service skills.
Job duties:
Responsible for distribution, logging, preparation, processing, and mailing of client billing
Provide prompt and accurate assistance to attorneys, clients, business professionals and billing team to resolve billing problems
Provide cost backup documentation
Research all inquiries regarding past and present billing
File and prepare past month's billing for electronic scanning
