We are a small high tech company located in San Francisco SOMA district, recruiting for an efficient on-site HR and QuickBooks Assistant.
Job Type: Part-Time; On-Site
Duties:
Billing / Invoicing using QuickBooks Pro
Payroll input into Intuit Payroll portal
Vacation and Holiday Tracking using Microsoft Excel
Use company portal to track employee timesheets
Use Excel to tally employee hours for payroll and invoice creation
Send onboarding package electronically to new hires
Occasional employee reminders for timesheet completion via email/voice calls
Occasional vendor interaction via email/voice calls
Hours: 2 – 3 Days/Week onsite (16 – 20 hours per week), Monday-Friday
Compensation: $30/hour Plus Benefits – healthcare, or $100/mo in lieu of healthcare; Profit Share (3% of payroll)

Minimum Required Qualification:
Minimum Associate Degree in any discipline
Microsoft Excel Proficiency
QuickBooks hands-on experience creating invoices
Computer Savvy – Desktop Computers, Internet use know-how
Good communication, verbal and written.
