We are a small business IT and real estate company looking for someone to handle basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks to work with us preferably in-house. Only basic bookkeeping skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel.
The job mostly entails categorizing and recording business transactions.
This will involve searching through folders (of scanned receipts), and websites such as Amazon and Paypal, to describe, categorize, and record business transactions into a master Excel spreadsheet.
