We are a small, established 50-year-old Better Business Bureau A+ firm seeking a full-time team member to assist in the clerical/accounting duties of a medium-sized property management company. Local career-minded individuals who reside within a 30-minute commute from Burlingame are encouraged to inquire.
In this position, you would need to help with both accounts receivable and payable using AppFolio accounting software. You would run the front office, consisting of two owners, both of whom are cross-trained in every facet of the operation, as you will eventually be too. You would assist with email requests and telephone inquiries (maintenance, payments, etc.).

Verifiable specific or related management work experience
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, property management, and financial software
Presentable front office appearance and telephone communication skills
Organizationally skilled with attention to details and timelines
Have a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver's license
