Accounting Manager
SimulTrans is seeking an Accounting Manager in our Mountain View, California office.

Your Duties
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
Stay current with accounting and tax regulations
Your Qualifications
Strong understanding of GAAP, California accounting requirements, and international tax regulations
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
Insight into consolidated financial reporting of global subsidiaries
Ability to handle tax filings and compliance
Supervisory experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Flexibility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Located in the Mountain View, California area
Willingness to work on-site frequently
Legal authorization to work in the United States (SimulTrans is unable to provide visa sponsorship)
Compensation, Location, and Schedule
Initial compensation ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and skills
Full-time position located at SimulTrans’ Mountain View, California office
Ideal for an early bird who likes to start work at 7:00 a.m. (your manager is located in Ireland)
