Accounting Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for directing and leading the Company's accounting and financial functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.

Prepare financial report, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, Statement of Cash Flows .

Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports; prepare reports required by

regulatory agencies, banks, investors, and other external parties.

Responsible for projections, budget preparations, and variance reports.

Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.

Process Payroll

Responsible for HR related work

Responsible for government filings

Coordinates year-end audits.

Coordinate corporate tax preparation

Demonstrable expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Good knowledge of inter-company accounts, subsidiaries.

Good knowledge of foreign currency transactions, multiple currency transactions, forward contracts

Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of the Accounting department

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of direct experience in the field.

Reports to CFO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in accounting or finance or equivalent or higher

 Two to four years related experience, a minimum of 7 years of finance and accounting experience

 Commitment to excellence and high standards.

 Acute attention to detail.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work with all levels of management.

 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

 Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

 Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
