Main Duties:
Overseeing the Accounting clerical staff of three and assisting as needed
Daily Cash Management
Biweekly Payroll Processing and Reporting
Assisting President with Administrative tasks
HR Compliance review and updates as required
Insurance and Benefits Coordinator
Monthly Financial Statements
Quarterly Sales Tax Returns and Payments

Ideal Candidate Qualifications/Skills:
5 years minimum of full-cycle Accounting
Recent HR Administration experience
Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
Flexibility, working independently, and the ability to multi-task are essential
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Sage 100 software experience is a big plus
Starting Rate: $32 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
